| Pei-Hwa "Carol" is a National Certified Counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors from the USA, and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Taiwan. She received her Masters in Counseling Psychology from George Fox University in the State of Oregon, and a BA in Christian Education from Northwestern College in the state of Iowa. She has been in the field of Mental Health Counseling since 1999, working with diverse clinical populations, both in the States and Taiwan. |
