I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California and in Taiwan with extensive experience and training helping people confronting challenges including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, life transitions, and serious mental illness. I work primarily with adolescents and adults.

I received my doctoral degree from PGSP-Stanford Psy.D. Consortium and completed my advanced clinical training at the Pacific Clinics in LA, one of the largest community mental health centers in the Western United States serving underprivileged individuals and families. Through my trainings, I developed specialties in treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and severe mental illnesses. Moreover, as a bilingual clinician, I have extensive experience providing therapy to both Mandarin and English speaking clients, and I am extremely passionate about working with clients from multicultural backgrounds and individuals who struggle with cross cultural challenges. In treatment, I take an integrated approach with a focus on using evidence-based interventions. I incorporate modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance-Commitment Therapy, and Problem Solving Therapy. I believe in the power of psychoeducation, coping skills, and insight, and I am committed to assisting clients to build on their internal and external strengths in a caring and nonjudgmental environment and help them reach a fulfilling life.
