Visions and Goals

Since our birth, we are perceived as integral members of the society. We are given with diverse expectations, structures, and constraints, even before gaining any conscious awareness of them. Within this setting, we frequently encounter a gradual sense of perplexity, pondering whether our existence serves "me" or others. The very essence of our souls often becomes obscured, leading to a loss of life's drive and a challenging quest to find the reason of being joyful. It is my aspiration to guide clients towards recognizing their inner voices and uncovering the paths that authentically vibrate with them.

My clients are central to my work, and my motivation to practice was born out of my desire to help people feel more fulfilled and empowered in their lives. I adopt an integrative approach and can accommodate specific needs. Embracing Person-centered Theory, Interpersonal Process in Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Theory and Eco System Family Therapy, I tailor my therapy to fit each client’s individual needs. I place an emphasis on working collaboratively and feel the most important part of psychological therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. This has to be underpinned by trust, safety and confidentiality adhering to the code of ethics. I strongly value discretion and privacy and work with individuals across the lifespan.
