ReAnkos Director /
Pei-Hwa "Carol" Lee

Greetings! My name is Pei-Hwa; many also call me “Carol”. I am a National Certified Counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors (Certificate # 71149) from the USA, and a Licensed Professional Counselor (License # 000982) in Taiwan. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from George Fox University in the State of Oregon, and a BA in Christian Education from Northwestern College in the state of Iowa. Having lived on opposite sides of the world, both the East and the West, I am learning to appreciate the paradox spawned by the complexity of cultures, human minds, emotions, and relationships. The truth of the matter is, life can be darn hard, but the hardest thing isn’t just about past traumas that linger and unexpected challenges that come uninvited into a person’s life. Sometimes the hardest thing is the now . . . the excruciating agony, that quest to be understood and met exactly where you are, while going through the drudgery or confusion of life.

It is my hope to be as informative as possible in regards to my professional background, therapeutic process, and areas of focus in my practice. If you are interested, please click the profile link on the left side of the page.
