The counselor assists the individual to face the struggles of life in a variety of different context including but not limited to relationships, fears, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma & PTSD, bipolar, panic attacks, compulsions, identity, etc.
Therapeutic interventions are designed to help couples recognize and resolve conflicts and improve their relationships. It is for couples who either worry about the state of their relationships or simply want to strengthen their relationship bonds.
Family Counseling or Systems Counseling looks at the negative interactional pattern that has developed within the family system and helps the family to create a positive living experience that functions better for all members.
Child &Teen Counseling
This type of counseling helps the child or the teen adjust to their life circumstances in such areas as divorce, step-families, various school problems, behavioral issues, peer relationships, and other related problems.
Specific issues such as pre-marital counseling, short-term counseling, LGBTQ services, preventive mental health care, etc.
